Quality Control

All core accessories are cooperated with first-class brand manufacturers with good quality control as well as after-sales service.

Core component control

Frame: the strength and stability of the frame determines the service life of the vehicle, the frame selection, molding, processing, welding and painting are all done independently by ourselves, which can better control the quality and shorten the research and development cycle.
The frame will be put into mass production only after it meets the requirements of vibration test. We all use the original Japanese OTC welding machine, and the main models use the scarless welding process.

Battery Pack: In order to ensure the safety and stability of battery, charging and discharging experiments are arranged before assembly, to further reduce quality problems.

Motor: In order to ensure the control and ride quality of our bike, we conduct a "power match test" on every motor/controller order.

We have a strict access system for raw materials and components, and most of our components are tested for fatigue, water resistance, safety and destructive properties.

Storage System

Accessories are stored by different categories and order lot numbers. All materials are stored and transferred on pallets to prevent moisture and damage.

Incoming Quality Control

When the accessories arrive in the warehouse, the inspector starts to check the incoming materials. The production department will assemble the pre-production samples, your order can be produced only when the sample up to standard.

After the frame is sprayed with primer, inspection is carried out to deal with the frame blank defects and other problems in advance to ensure the quality of the appearance.

Ongoing Quality Control

Routing Inspection will be held during the assembly process.
If any assembly steps are not up to the standard, the relevant personnel will be punished and the rework will be made.

Final Quality Control

The ebikes need to be finally inspected and tested when the assembly is completed.
Visual inspection:Check the frame if there are scratches and if the saddle, chain, tire, and connector are not properly assembled.
Function inspection:We will do a riding test to ensure that the electric bicycles can flexibly go straight and turn around, the LCD display shows all parameters normally, the intelligence pedal can be normally shifted, the motor works without abnormal sound, and the spokes and tires are correctly installed.
Performance inspection: Speed test, climbing test, brake test, shock absorption test on the bicycle will be carried out to ensure superior performance.

Outgoing Quality Control

When the products are shipped, the Dofa factory strictly follows the agreement with the dealers and implements inspection before shipping. 3% of each order is randomly inspected by the QC department and the business department for open box inspection,tumbling test, and frame number verification.

According to the customer's demand, we can make live broadcast for the inspection process.

Get Samples

1. Receive sample request

Receive sample requests from new customers via email.


2. Design sample style

Dofa will communicate with you the details of the sample, and then let our design team design the style and configuration of the product for customers to check.

3. Manufacture sample model

After confirming the effect of the sample, we will charge a certain deposit for the sample, and then we will contact the factory to produce the sample model.

4. Send samples

We will check the performance and appearance of all samples when we receive the samples from the factory. Then we will ship out the samples to you after confirming that they are correct, and send you an email containing the tracking number.

5. Check and test samples

You successfully get the samples and check whether they meet the expected requirements.



6. Continue order matters

You are satisfied with the samples, we will continue to negotiate the order matters, and Dofa will return your sample deposit.
